Wow, where has 2025 gone? That’s the promise to blog regularly out of the window … oh well, we’ll try harder next year! This year (as ever!) has been a real mix of highs and lows…

We were hacked back in June (thankfully only causing an IT headache not any loss of money!)
we’ve had 6 months of major vehicle issues which thankfully have now been resolved and John is over the moon to have his ‘baby’ van back
and then came the popping of John’s hernia whilst putting a chaff spreader back on a combine ready for harvest in June
On the plus side however…
we’ve been delighted to welcome multiple new, varied and interesting customers from different areas of agriculture and associated industries
we’ve had some great / meaty jobs to tackle and some real head scratchers to resolve, one example was removing panels from a combine so the fire brigade could access smouldering chaff following a field fire, luckily the combine was back at work within an hour!

despite Ms Reeves, we’re still here working to keep the wheels of industry turning and supporting our rural colleagues
On top of the above, John has his hernia op scheduled for early January so although he starts the year with some time out of action, he’s looking forward to restarting Agri-Equest’s 2026 soon after!
Thank you to all our customers for their business throughout 2025, we look forward to seeing you all in 2026. Wishing you and all our suppliers a very Merry Christmas, especially the farmers following the announcement of the IHT turn around!
