Four seasons in one day!….

The 10th March dawned pretty much as any other for this time of year EXCEPT with a forecast for sleet. Very often here in East Anglia our little micro climate proves the forecasters to be incorrect (who would have thought!!). We had to complete a 1200 hour service on a Case 620 Quadtrac which thankfully was located undercover! However, as you can see below, not only did we get sleet but also blizzard like conditions.... We were going to move the Case to the end of the shed in the picture below as there was more room....but the wind was blowing the snow straight in and it was twice as cold. We suffered the cramped space and a bit of mud for some shelter!



You can see that by the time we took the photo below the weather had completely changed, the sun was shining and John was attempting to dry out his overalls....



Although not environmentally friendly, we did leave the van running during the worst of the weather for regular fingertip defrosting purposes and obviously we had our third team member to consider too who you may be able to spot in the video below....
